Price
All commodity prices are in Hong Kong dollars as the currency settlement unit (unless otherwise specified) and commodity prices are based on the prices currently listed on the official website. All order prices will include tax rates and shipping costs.
When using a bank credit card outside Hong Kong to purchase goods, foreign currency exchange fees and bank handling fees may be incurred. And such fees and handling fees will be paid by customers themselves.

Pre-order items

Paid pre-order products can use the "home delivery" service, as long as you purchase over $1000 (including the value of the pre-order products paid), you can have free delivery to your door. Payment method
HEALTHCULTURE.COM.HK currently accepts payment by VISA and MasterCard and uses PAYPAL secure payment system. Also, we accept PAYME, FPS and Bank Transfer.
 
Delivery service
We do not provide overseas shipping, ONLY Hong Kong delivery. Goods will generally be sent to the address shown in the order confirmation within 7 to 14 working days after the order is accepted (Monday to Friday, except public holidays). If you need to ship overseas, please contact our staff.


Please be patient for any delay of delivery during the covid19 pandemic. Due to the recent development of the COVID19, to ensure the safety of our members and delivery team and reduce physical contact, if there is any confirmed case(s) of COVID-19 at the provided delivery address within past 14 days, or the building has been listed in the compulsory testing notice, delivery company may contact customer to collect their ordered items at the lobby or main entrance of the building. Exchange service
Customers can exchange goods within 5 days from the date of signing. However, the following conditions must be met:-The original packaging of the goods is complete, unopened and unused; and 2. The customer must provide the original receipt and the relevant payment credit card.

Delivery error
HEALTHCULTURE.COM.HK accepts the above replacement service only when the shipment is wrong.
